You Might Be an Organizer if…
You color code your m&m’s before eating them.
You catch yourself in straightening up candy at the grocery store check-out line.
You fold and line up your socks and underwear in your drawer.
You label all your shelves, drawers, and boxes.
You love Tupperware, Sharpies and Post-its.
The staff at The Container Store know you by name.
You find yourself rearranging items on the coffee table at friends homes.

This is so funny but so true. However we, don’t have a Container Store. I went to one in Ohio and I thought I was walking right through the gates of heaven!
I color code the m&m’s and have to eat all of one color before moving to the next!
Well, I love Rubbermaid, Sharpie and Post-It’s. Does that count
It totally counts. Thanks for adding your own!
Oh my goodness-I have found my way Home. All my life I have called it “making tidy,” and I reveled in doing it. Give me your cluttered basement/linen closet/spice cabinet/attic/etcetc and I am in Seventh Heaven! (Scored 22 on your test)
My focus right now though is more focused: I love to organize paperwork for folks, would like to ready people for a trip to the accountant/mtg broker/financial planner. Is there a market for this niche work?
Thanks for any advice/info! Lois
Absolutely there is a market. The field of financial organizing is growing larger every day as people struggle to deal with all the paper. You can also specialize in home offices in general.
