I found this nice little post about the various opt-in newsletter services for small businesses. We have been using Aweber for the past year to send out news. I chose aweber because it has what is known as an autoresponder. This allows automatic emails to be sent to those who subscribe. I could send one or 100 over a period of time.

I also use Constant Contact for enews for my organizing association. I love the ease of use of Constant Contact. And they have now added the autoresponder feature, though it is not as robust as aweber’s.

After weighing the pros and cons, and using aweber for a while, The Professional Organizer’s Organizine and Organizer U Insider News newsletters are going to try Constant Contact.
